About Danielle, LICSM
Hi, I’m Danielle—though most people call me Dani. I’m a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with a master’s degree from the University of Southern California. For the past five years, my work has focused almost exclusively on psychological immigration evaluations for individuals and families navigating major life transitions.
I specialize in trauma-informed, culturally responsive evaluations that center your voice and uphold the dignity of your lived experience. My reports are more than clinical documents—they are structured narratives that clearly connect your story to the legal standards of your case. I have extensive experience with evaluations for VAWA, U Visa, T Visa, Hardship Waivers, Asylum, and Cancellation of Removal.
My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and curiosity. I strive to create a safe space where you feel heard and understood, especially when sharing difficult or complex experiences. Every evaluation is tailored to your unique circumstances and delivered with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Outside of work, I’m a mom of three, a partner, and someone who finds peace in nature. Daily walks remind me of the resilience that lives in all of us—even during uncertain times.
Everyone deserves to be met with dignity and compassion. It’s my privilege to walk alongside you during this part of your journey.
